The semi-finished products undergo machining operations that allow them to take the required shape and dimensions, as well as to present a uniform surface for the following glazing phase.

These operations, carried out using machinery, generate waste powders. These powders are collected through powerful suction systems and stored in dedicated containers.

Once full, the containers of powders are reintroduced into the preparation tanks. 

This process reduces waste and environmental impact.

Defects from this phase can include fractures, uneven shrinkage, surface glaze imperfections, or color variations. Our attention to detail and the unpredictable nature of firing sometimes result in a reject.
